Jambo Translations LLC is designed to collect only information needed to provide language services, manage provider and interpreter accounts, process training, and operate service workflows.
Portal data
Account, onboarding, document, call-assignment and training information should be accessed only by authorized users according to their operational role.
Call content
Twilio calling should be configured according to applicable privacy, contractual and regulatory requirements. Call recording should remain disabled unless a lawful, documented business requirement has been approved.
Uploaded documents
Identity, qualification and organization documents should be protected by role-based access, secure server configuration and encrypted backups.
