This site supports Jambo Translations LLC service requests, interpreter and provider onboarding, training, call assignments and related operational records.
Provider pricing, interpreter rates, service-level commitments, confidentiality obligations and payment terms are governed by the applicable signed agreement, not by general website content.
Jambo-issued training certificates confirm completion of Jambo training only and must not be represented as third-party accreditation unless separately issued by the relevant accrediting body.
Portal credentials are personal to the authorized user. Users must protect access credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.
